The model TRC-1 Tube End Closing machine is an extremely fast and simple way to close the ends of copper, aluminum, brass or mild steel tubes in the range from 1/4" O.D. to 1 3/8" O.D. The operator manually loads the tube to contact the rotating roller, then operates the closer handle. The machine automatically takes over to lock the jaws, move the roller across the tube end as it spirals around it, return the roller to the starting position, unlock, and open the jaws to release the work piece. This cold process produces a flat end close of superior strength.
