MODEL JTF-1H TUBE END FORMER
Model JTF-1H is a general purpose, punch and jaw type
end forming machine. It is capable of producing many
different types of end forms in thin-walled copper,
aluminum and steel tubing.
The JTF-1H has a capacity of 1 1/8” O.D.
tube. Some end forms can be produced with a single
punch, some require the use of two punches and some can
be done by simply closing the jaws on the part. The
machine has a selector switch for each of these
settings. The tooling can be changed from part to part
very quickly, two to three minutes to change tools and
make the setup.

The Model JTF-1H produces many types
of end forms some of which are shown. We design the
tools to produce end forms to the customer’s
specifications.
MODEL STF-2A DEDICATED TUBE END FORMER
The Model STF-2A is a punch and jaw type end forming
machine for producing work pieces with a single punch.
It is normally tooled for one specific part and rather
than being multi purpose, it is dedicated to a
particular work piece. This machine works well for high
volume end forms such as stop beads, expands and single
flare. Model STF-2A is not shown

MODEL BCX-3 TUBE EXPANDER
 The
Model BCX-3 tube expander is used for making expanded
ends that will accept another tube of the same beginning
outside diameter. Thus two tubes of the same O.D. can be
joined together to make a coupling or braze joint. The
process used is an expanding segmented mandrel which is
very safe and fast.
